This course is for those who want to discover more about theatre and acting and develop their drama skills.

Students are actively encouraged to use their own ideas and given the opportunity to explore their creativity and performance skills whilst working as an ensemble. Employing a wide variety of acting techniques, devised work and scripted plays, the course often culminates in a sharing at the end of the term.

About the Tutor

Henry originally started as a drama student at The Conservatoire aged 11, and became a founding member of Blackheath Youth Theatre in 2007, performing in his last production in 2011 after 2 years being Assistant Director and actor.

After studying music and drama at The BRIT School, he spent time as a teaching assistant at Horn Park Primary and Thomas Tallis secondary before going to Rose Bruford College to do the Actor Musicianship BA programme for 3 years. After leaving drama school Henry has appeared as an actor at the Glasgow Citizens Theatre, Pleasance Edinburgh, Pleasance London, Arts Theatre, and Latitude Festival and more, as well as being Artistic Director of Wise Child Theatre since 2016.
